CalmGrid ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application ("CalmGrid" or the "App").

Information We Collect

Information You Provide (Stored Locally on Your Device)

The information you enter in CalmGrid—such as migraine logs, symptoms, triggers, medications, and preferences—is stored on your device. We do not upload this health-related information to our servers.

Subscription Information (Processed for Purchases)

If you purchase a subscription, your purchase is processed by Apple App Store and managed using RevenueCat. This may include transaction identifiers, subscription status, and related purchase metadata. CalmGrid does not send your migraine logs or other health entries to RevenueCat.

Communications

If you contact us by email, we will receive your email address and the contents of your message, and we will use them only to respond to you and provide support.

Data Collected by Third-Party SDKs

CalmGrid uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and the Meta Ads SDK to measure advertising effectiveness. Through these services and the Apple App Store, the following data may be collected and linked to your identity:

What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect precise location data or analytics about your health entries. Your migraine logs, symptoms, triggers, and medications are never sent to any server. We do not sell your personal information.

Device Backups

Depending on your device settings, CalmGrid's local data may be included in operating-system backups (such as iCloud backups). These backups are controlled by you and your platform provider; we do not have access to them.

Data Export

When you export your data, the exported file may be shared using your device's sharing features. After export, the security of the exported file depends on where you store or send it (for example, email, cloud storage, or messaging apps).

Data Deletion

Deleting data in the app removes your locally stored CalmGrid data from that device. It does not remove data stored in any device backups you may have created, and it does not affect purchase records maintained by your platform provider (e.g., the App Store) or subscription management records needed to verify your subscription status.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because CalmGrid stores your health entries locally on your device and we do not receive them, these rights are generally exercised through the app's export and delete features. International Transfers

If third-party services process data outside your country (for example, in the United States), they may transfer and process information internationally in accordance with their terms and applicable law.

Children's Privacy

CalmGrid is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We will update the "Last updated" date and, if changes are material, provide an in-app notice.
